Our website is primarily used as an information and marketing channel for new and existing customers. In connection with a visit to this website, various information about your personal identity is stored. The privacy policy explains the following:

We save data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected, or to carry out our commitments and as long as it is required by statutory retention periods, especially in terms of accounting requirements. We carry out regular thinning in our systems to remove old personal data that is no longer relevant (see section below on Information Security).

Right to access your data. You have the right to request a copy of the data Brice Group holds about you and verify this information.

Right to rectification. You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself.

Right to be erased ("right to be forgotten"). You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of the data. These obligations can come from accounting and tax legislation. What we then do is block the data that we are obliged to keep from being used for purposes other than fulfilling such legal obligations.
