Head of Commercial – Pharmaceutical company
Location: Sweden.
A fast-growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a Head of Commercial to lead and develop its commercial organization across Europe.
The role carries full responsibility for sales, marketing, and commercial strategy, with a strong focus on growth, profitability, and successful product launches. You will drive go-to-market strategy, ensure high-quality forecasting and performance management, and lead the commercial team in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
You are expected to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have a proven track record of delivering results within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in managing partners like manufacturing and distributors is key. You have a track record of strong product launches, commercial excellence, and working in international settings.
We are looking for a business-driven leader with the ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver results through teams.
