Nordic Product Manager – Interim Assignment
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a Nordic Product Manager to lead marketing activities for a portfolio of prescription products across the Nordic region.
Location: Stockholm
Duration: 12–18 months, with potential extension or transition to permanent employment
Scope: Full-time
In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and commercial development of an assigned Rx product portfolio in the Nordics. The position combines strategic analysis with hands-on execution and involves close collaboration with sales teams, supply chain, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Nordic marketing plans for the assigned Rx product portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing activities and evaluate their impact.
- Monitor product performance and manage sales forecasts.
- Manage and follow up on brand budgets.
- Collaborate closely with the Nordic sales organization to support product positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience as a Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to understand and engage target audiences.
- Experience implementing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of market dynamics.
- Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
