Business Operations Coordinator (Interim)
Stockholm | 12-month assignment with potential extension or transfer into employment.
We are looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator for a 12-month interim assignment with an international pharmaceutical company based in Stockholm, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
You will work with a smaller Nordic Organization but a larger international Pharmaceutical Company, where the team is collaborative, friendly and ambitious.
This is a broad operational role supporting Commercial, Medical functions and Financial functions with responsibility for areas such as sales & marketing, contract management, vendor coordination and financial administration. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and Compliance, and play an important role in ensuring high-quality and compliant execution across activities.
We are looking for someone with experience from a similar operational support role within the pharmaceutical industry, who is structured, proactive, and comfortable working independently with multiple processes in parallel.
