To our customer Laerdal Medical, we are looking for a Distribution and Tender Specialist to join the company in a new exciting role. The position is based in Laerdal Medicals Stockholm office.

The Position – Distribution & Tender Specialist
We are looking to strengthen our Swedish commercial team with a key role combining full ownership of tender management and operational responsibility for our distributor channel. Based at our office in Sickla, Stockholm, you will play a central role in ensuring competitive, compliant tender execution across all product areas while supporting the continued development of our distributor network.
You will work closely with colleagues across sales, service, product management, finance, and leadership functions, acting as a vital link between customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to drive successful tender outcomes and maximize distributor performance through structured processes, strong stakeholder collaboration, and commercial excellence.
You will ensure that healthcare providers and educational institutions gain access to Laerdal's life-saving solutions through effective management of public and private procurement processes while supporting distributor partners with the tools, information, and guidance needed to succeed in the market.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage public and private tenders from opportunity through contract award and implementation.
· Ensure compliance with procurement requirements and internal guidelines.
· Coordinate tender activities across relevant internal stakeholders.
· Support and develop distributor relationships in Sweden.
· Provide distributors with accurate pricing, product information, and documentation.
· Drive continuous improvements in tender and distributor processes.
· Contribute to commercial growth through strong tender performance and distributor support.
Competence Requirements and Abilities
We believe the successful candidate brings experience from tender management, public procurement, commercial operations, or distributor management, preferably within a regulated industry such as MedTech, healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
