Product Marketing Manager

To our customer SyntheticMR we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager.

SyntheticMR’s unique technology supports a faster MR imaging workflow and allows users to follow disease progression and therapy efficacy with greater confidence. The company want to make quantitative imaging solutions the standard of care to support more precise diagnosis, reliable monitoring and personalized treatment strategies. Built on sustainability, innovation and trust, SyntheticMR strive to improve patient care worldwide. 


SyntheticMR is still a relatively small organization, this means you will be close to the decisions and the implementation process is speedy. You will play a crucial role in taking a product from research into the clinic. The product has a significant potential and there is an interesting pipeline broadening the scope with potential additional indications.

Synthetic MR have an inspiring time ahead when they will launch a 3D version of their product. The future of the company is exciting with a potential to grow the business considerably. You will work closely with the medical profession as well as with your cross functional colleagues.

SyntheticMR are in a way a start-up, in terms of mindset, decision routs, speed of action etc., but they are “start-up” showing black figures.



You will be part of the headquarter team and work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner and report to the Chief Product Officer.

-You will develop a market understanding and become an expert on SyntheticMR´s target customers — who they are, how they buy and why?

-You will speak the language of radiologists, neurologists, MR technologists and any other target customer as you build relations with radiologists and doctors worldwide.

-Your responsibility is to demonstrate the value of SyntheticMR’s unique offering and the clinical utilization in direct relation to their workflow.

-You will be the product expert and responsible for communicating the company´s clinical domain and product use perspective.

-Together with customers, you will develop clinical solutions within the domain of the product portfolio and closely work with OEMs and hospitals.

-Furthermore, you will be a core component of Product Management at the HQ with the responsibility to point out and facilitate line-up customers for new initiatives, a strong influencer of the roadmap.

-You will educate the sales force in product knowledge and assist the sales team to move the target clients through a funnel that converts them from prospects into paying customers.

- You are up to date with market research and understand SyntheticMR’s competitive landscape by learning about the competition and how they are positioned.

-You will participate in exhibitions or meetings at SyntheticMR`s regional offices and with stakeholders worldwide.


As the Product Marketing Manager, travelling is required to participate in exhibitions or meetings at our regional offices and with stakeholders worldwide.



-Preferably you have an engineering exam within medical technology or a medical education.

-You can adapt and network well within the clinical and MedTech community.

- It’s preferable, but not mandatory, that you have previous knowledge of the clinical domain within Radiology/Neurology/Medical Imaging and Diagnostics, or related topics.

-Your background can be from a similar role or as an application specialist from the MedTech industry, or from the healthcare industry as a doctor, nurse, neurologist or radiologist.

-You are comfortable with professional English, both written and verbal. Swedish is preferable, however not a must.

-You have high social skills and effectively create and develop professional relationships.

-You take great responsibility for your work, the company’s brand and its products, as well as for your relationships with others.

-You are professional, humble, and trustworthy as a person, with sharp analytical skills.
