For Aguettant, we are looking for an analytical Operational Assistant (m/f/d) for the location in Langen near Frankfurt am Main. Become part of a dynamic team that focuses on growth and sustainable success! To strengthen the team in Langen, we are seeking a full-time, permanent Operational Assistant (gn), for the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities -Stock & Supply/Customer Service

·        Administrative support in creating the rolling forecast at the item level, incorporating market research data, with the goal of ensuring continuous product availability

·        Preparation of reports and deviation analyses based on relevant KPIs

·        Monitoring of product availability, inventory levels, and open orders, and coordination with responsible departments

·        Maintenance and development of relevant databases

·        Central point of contact for the logistics service provider

·        Conducting and participating in regular meetings on supply, demand, and new product launches

·        Close collaboration with management

 

Your Profile

·        Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Administration / Controlling, or comparable qualification with first work experience

·        Good MS Excel skills and proficiency in all other MS Office programs

·        Strong affinity for numbers, organized, analytical, and with conceptual skills

·        Good command of German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus

·        Enthusiasm and enjoyment of teamwork

·        Hands-on mentality and a high degree of reliability
