The Role

IBSA is seeking a Regional Manager to take full commercial responsibility for its Urology and Rheumatology portfolio in mid and northern Sweden. Key product focus includes Ialuril® in urology and Sinovial® and Sinogel® in rheumatology.

The role involves planning, developing, and executing key account sales to meet set targets and KPIs. You will work independently to drive all sales activities in your region, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, and contribute to strategic market development. Cross-functional collaboration, particularly in fertility, may also be part of the role.

Experience working with specialist care in urology and a solid understanding of the Swedish healthcare system is highly valued. Experience in tender management is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in your territory within urology and rheumatology
• Build and manage key stakeholder relationships
• Localize national marketing strategies into regional action plans
• Execute compliant sales and promotional activities
• Monitor healthcare and policy developments in your region
• Collaborate across commercial, medical, and market access teams
• Represent IBSA at congresses and events
• Strengthen IBSA’s market presence through innovative engagement
• Provide input to tenders across Sweden

Competence Requirements and Abilities

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience with strong results
• Solid knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system
• Preferably experience in urology
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• LIF certification (completed or ongoing)

Additional Requirements

• University degree (e.g. Nursing, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or Business)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Based near Stockholm
• Willing to travel extensively
