Do you want to take ownership in raising the bar for Commercial Excellence? At Devyser - a growing diagnostics company - you will be trusted to strengthen processes, refine customer impact, and ensure that the commercial organization performs at its very best.

On behalf of our customer Devyser we are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to the company´s head quarters in Stockholm. You are based in Sweden, preferably in Stockholm.

THE ROLE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Commercial Operations Manager will drive commercial excellence and operational efficiency across the organization. The position combines strategic and analytical responsibilities with close collaboration between sales, marketing, product management and senior management to secure profitable growth and long-term customer satisfaction. A central part of the role is to leverage business intelligence (BI) tools to transform data into actionable insights, ensuring fact-based decisions and measurable performance improvements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Sales Funnel & CRM Management – Oversee and optimize the full sales funnel, ensuring high data quality, accurate CRM reporting and proactive lead management (Salesforce preferred).

-Customer Support Leadership – Lead and develop the customer support function to deliver best-in-class service aligned with commercial objectives.

-Process & Efficiency Improvements – Drive initiatives to streamline commercial processes and secure operational excellence.

-Analytics, Forecasting & BI – Provide actionable insights through advanced business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), deliver robust forecasting and pipeline.

-Cross-Functional Coordination – Ensure seamless alignment and cooperation between sales, marketing and management.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

You will have one direct report.
