Board Member – Global Medical Devices (Commercial Focus)
We are recruiting a Board Member for an international Medical Devices company. We are not looking for a pure board professional; you are still full time active in the MedTech industry or have the ambition to be so.
Mandatory Requirements
- Senior global leadership experience from a medical device company with a partnership driven revenue model.
- Proven track record in initiating and managing strategic partnerships, licensing deals, or joint ventures – ideally with larger industry players.
- Skilled in navigating commercial negotiations in international settings.
- Skilled in defining and validating value propositions.
Preferred
- Board experience from companies in a commercialization or growth phase.
- Solid operational experience in marketing and communication within MedTech.
- Has developed go-to-market strategies and proven added value.
- Experience in communication direct to patients.
- Experience with reimbursement models in different healthcare systems.
- Working towards OEMs.
