On behalf of our customer – an international pharmaceutical company – we are looking for an interim MSL, Nordics, to be part of an upcoming Nordic product launch and actively contribute to its medical success.
Period: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Location: Nordic region
THE ROLE
This is a field-based Nordic medical role with responsibility for medical activities connected to a new product launch. The position has a broad Nordic scope and plays a key role in scientific engagement, launch preparation, and ongoing medical support across the region.
The role is highly operational and requires strong presence in the field, combined with close collaboration with Nordic commercial and medical teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders across the Nordic region.
-Contribute to the development, review, and medical approval of scientific and educational materials.
-Plan and execute Nordic advisory boards and other scientific exchange initiatives.
-Deliver medical training and educational activities for internal and external stakeholders
-Act as a scientific partner to the commercial organization, providing medical input and field insights.
-Support launch-related medical activities in close Nordic collaboration.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT AND ABILITIES
-Experience from a Medical Science Liaison and/or Medical Advisor role.
-Proven experience with Nordic-level responsibility is required.
-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
-Ability to work independently in a field-based role with a proactive mindset.
-Strong relationship-building skills and experience interacting with senior scientific stakeholders.
