Finance Lead Nordics to Pharmaceutical Company

A growing international pharmaceutical company is seeking a Finance Lead Nordics to take full responsibility for financial operations across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

This is a key role in a dynamic, expanding Nordic organization with multiple product launches planned and significant growth ambitions over the coming years.

The Role

Based in the Stockholm area, you will lead financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Nordic business. You will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, oversee monthly closing and reporting to Group, and ensure statutory reporting and audits across four legal entities.

You will work closely with Corporate Finance, external consultants and the Nordic team. The role includes evaluating portfolio performance, supporting launch decisions for new products, driving ROI analysis, and continuously improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage financial reporting, monthly close and P&L oversight.
• Support business development and pipeline evaluation with financial modeling.
• Drive process improvements and ERP development.
• Ensure compliance and statutory reporting in all Nordic entities.

Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Financial Manager. Preferably within a pharmaceutical company.
• Academic degree in Finance or Business
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English

You are structured, analytical and hands-on, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a growing organization where you can actively shape processes and contribute strategically.
