On behalf of our client, a global research-driven pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Pricing & Market Access Manager to lead pricing, reimbursement, and market access activities in Norway.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong innovation pipeline and play a key role in improving patient access to innovative therapies. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers significant influence across pricing, reimbursement, HTA, and healthcare policy initiatives.


The Opportunity

As Pricing & Market Access Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies in Norway. Working closely with colleagues across Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and international teams, you will help ensure that innovative therapies reach patients as efficiently as possible.

You will serve as the local expert on the Norwegian healthcare system, reimbursement landscape, and HTA processes, translating external insights into actionable strategies that support both patient access and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies for Norway.
• Lead reimbursement submissions and interactions with relevant authorities and HTA bodies.
• Develop payer value propositions, business cases, and access plans.
• Monitor healthcare policy, reimbursement, and market developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and international teams.
• Support product launches and lifecycle management activities from an access perspective.


Your Profile

• Experience within Pricing & Market Access, Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Norwegian healthcare system and reimbursement environment.
• Experience developing reimbursement dossiers and supporting HTA processes.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and priorities.
• Native-level Norwegian and strong English communication skills.


Meritorious Experience

• Experience within cardiometabolic diseases or other specialty care therapeutic areas.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare consulting, or healthcare authority environment.
• Experience working with pricing strategy, reimbursement, and market access planning.
• Experience in international and cross-functional organizations.
