We are looking for an interim Head of Supply Chain to a Swedish Diagnostics Company
Period: Interim assignment 12 months, with possibility to transfer into employment.
-Build and successfully implement and develop the new organization including staff and processes associated to it and the interface to other departments within the company.
-Focus on the total supply chain process and more clearly distinguish between pure production versus supporting functions, such as development and maintenance of equipment/premises, IT, purchasing/logistics, projects.
-Create more space and capacity for improvements, efficiencies, stabilization of the products and continue to work on a high level of quality throughout the whole supply chain. Strong focus on continuous improvements and being an active team member in the re-localization project.
-Reporting to the COO
-Being part of the Operations Management Team, led by the COO, together with Quality Assurance, Software, Essay Development, Innovation and Medical Affairs.
